What is eCAR Version 2?

eCAR Version 2 is an electronic, web-based application for submitting and approving Capacity Analysis Reports. It is replacing both the MS Excel CAR and the current version of electronic Capacity Analysis Report.
Based on supplier feedback from eCAR version 1 and early adopters of eCAR Version 2, both visually and functionally eCAR version 2 is significantly improved:

• It creates a repository of supplier installed capacity.
• Intuitive, user friendly process with error-proofed data input.
• Automated workflow & quick STA approval - no more paper based transactions.
• Robust "Shared Loading Plan" built-in to the tool.
